  • What can I do to lower my energy bills?

    Energy bills can be expensive, particularly in the summer and winter months. Some steps you can take to help lower your bills include installing insulation in your walls, replacing old windows, replacing your furnace’s air filter, installing a programmable thermostat, and switching to LED light bulbs.

  • How often should I perform maintenance on my HVAC system?

    You should perform maintenance on your heating and cooling systems at least once a year. The ideal scenario would be performing maintenance on your AC in the spring and your heating system in the fall.

  • Why is my shower pressure low?

    Your low shower pressure may be caused by multiple faucets running at once or a leak or blockage in your pipes. Check to make sure that all your other faucets are off before getting into the shower. If the problem persists, it is likely a leak or other serious issue.

  • How long does a water heater last?

    The longevity of your water heater will depend on the type of unit you have and how often maintenance is performed. In general, a hot water tank will last between 8 and 12 years. A tankless water heater will last between 15 and 20 years.

  • What kind of air filter does my furnace need?

    Check your furnace’s manual or your existing furnace filter for the correct filter size. You can always bring your current filter to your local home improvement store and have a sales associate help you find an identical one.
